SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We engage a third party delivery service provider to fulfil all orders.

In the case of any issues, please reach out to us within 7 working days of receiving your parcel(s). Any request after will not be entertained.

We'll do our best to ensure that all orders are delivered successfully. By staying in touch with our courier partners and keeping track of the parcels, we hope that your gleaming parcels will land on your doorstep safely.

However, we will not be responsible for any loss, damage or delays caused by our delivery partners or any unforeseen circumstances that is out of our reasonable control.

Christmas Giveaway 2024

Upon joining our giveaway, you’re consenting to an agreement that follows our terms and conditions.

All of the giveaway prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. There will be no exchange of items or vouchers for cash.
No entry fee is required for the giveaway, but you will have to spend RM288 / $60 and above as the final checkout value to earn an entry automatically.
Promo codes / Gleam Points can be used during checkout to join the giveaway. However, in the case of any promo code applied & the final checkout value is below RM288 / $60, you will not be eligible to join the giveaway.
The status of your payment during checkout must be successful. In the case of any expired or unsuccessful payment, you will not be eligible to join the giveaway.
You must be over 18 years old in order to join this giveaway.
Multiple entries with multiple orders of RM288 / $60 and above as final checkout value are allowed.
All winners will be selected at random using: https://miniwebtool.com/random-name-picker/ and winners will be selected in the following order: 5 consolation prize winners, 6th prize winner, 5th prize winner, 4th prize winner, 3rd prize winner, 2nd prize winner and finally 1st prize winner.
The closing date for entries will be at 11:59pm (GMT+8), 24th December 2024, entries after this time will not be accepted.
Orders of RM288 / $60 and above at 12:00am (GMT+8) 25th December 2024 onwards are NOT eligible to join the giveaway.
Orders of RM288 / $60 and above as final checkout value made on mylumibeauty.com and LUMI Kiosk at The Exchange TRX and Bangsar Village 2 are eligible to join the giveaway. Orders made from Shopee, Zalora, Tiktok Shop, August Store, Wabi Studio, 176 Avenue, Vending Machines, Guardian, R Pharmacy and Ascen Plus Pharmacy will NOT be eligible to join the giveaway.
On 26th December 2024, you'll receive 1 giveaway entry email if you have at least 1 entry. You’ll only get 1 email, no matter how many entries you have.
Upon the winners announcement on 29th December 2024, we will reach out via hello@mylumibeauty.com to each of the winners to confirm their shipping details in order for us to send out the respective prizes. If the winner can not be contacted, or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to forfeit the prize.
The fifth prize of the Taaras Beach and Spa Resort stay dates can ONLY be selected within the year of 2025, with the validity period of 2nd January 2025 to 30th June 2025, and the dates are subject to room availability. Breakfast is included at Asean All Day Dining and transportation to the hotel is at your own cost and LUMI Beauty will not fund any transportation fees.
Items redeemed using The Curate Group Gift Voucher are subject to stock availability. Vouchers are stackable, and are valid from 1st January 2025 to 1st April 2025.
Respective LYLA Lounge Vouchers are to be redeemed from 1st January 2025 - 28 February 2025, at Regal House 1, Jalan U Thant, KL.
The shipping costs for the Ogawa Maestro Massage Chair in the 2nd Prize will only be covered by LUMI Beauty if the winner’s shipping address is based in Malaysia. International winners (outside of Malaysia) will have to cover the shipping costs of the chair.
Lax. Retreat & Lay. Retreat vouchers are to be redeemed from 1st January 2025 - 2nd November 2025 at The LINC KL and The Curve PJ, respectively.
Machino vouchers can only be used from 1st January 2025 - 1st July 2025.
176 Avenue Makeover Voucher is redeemable at all 176 Avenue outlets: Bangsar, The Hub SS2 and KLGCC with the validity from 29 January 2025 to 31st March 2025. Advanced booking via WhatsApp is required for all services with the voucher redemption.
For prizes containing Casetify, the winners will be provided a guide upon winning to select their preferred phone case and accessory. As this is made-upon-order and shipping from overseas, please note that the completed prize bundles with the Casetify prizes will be shipped out by end January.
LUMI reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms and conditions of the giveaway without prior notice.
LUMI accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prizes or any use thereof. Any tax filing obligations or any tax payments due to any authority as a result of the receipt of the prizes shall remain the sole responsibility of the participant. It is the responsibility of each participant to seek independent advice on the possible implications this may have on his or her own financial situation.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond LUMI’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition on these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
The decision by LUMI is final. No further correspondence on the matter will be entertained.
LUMI is not responsible for the loss or damage of the prizes after they are fulfilled and shipped.
International Customers can shop on mylumibeauty.com and we only ship to the following countries: Australia, Brunei, Cambodia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Laos, Macau, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam.
