What is LUMI Circle?

LUMI Circle is a loyalty program designed to thank & treat you with Gleaming Rewards while you're on your skin care journey with us. Upon joining, you'll be able to earn Gleam points when you shop online, share about us online or refer a friend to shop. We'll also be spoiling you with exclusive discounts, early access to exciting launches, surprise birthday perks and more gleaming rewards!

How do I join?

It is super easy to be a part of the LUMI Circle. All you need to do is create an account on our website. If you already have an account, you'll automatically be part of the LUMI Circle.

Does it cost anything to join?

It's 100% free, no additional cost needed.

I already have a LUMI account, do I still need to sign up to join? 

No action needed. You'll automatically become part of the LUMI Circle Loyalty Program. 

How do I start earning Gleam Points once I join?

Here's how you can earn Gleam Points:

1. Sign Up: You'll receive 50 points right away once you sign up. If you already have an existing account, you'll automatically become as a Gleam Getter.
2. Shop with us: Get 1 point for every ringgit spent on all qualifying purchases.
3. Refer a friend: Your friends will receive a RM10 voucher to be used on their order with a minimum spend of RM100. Once your friend places an order, you'll be rewarded with a RM10 voucher to be used for any orders of RM100 or more. Feel free to refer as many friends as you wish!
4. Follow us on Instagram: 25 points. 

I would like to redeem my Gleam Points for rewards, how can I do so? 

1. Log in to your account
2. Click on the LUMI Circle icon on the lower left-hand corner of any LUMI Beauty page. You'll then be directed to your LUMI Circle homepage.
3. There, you can opt to redeem your Gleam Points for vouchers (in denominations of RM5, RM15, RM35, RM55, RM85 or RM115) that you can use for future LUMI Beauty orders. 

Do my Gleam Points ever expire?

There is no expiry date for your Gleam Points. Earn more Gleam Points and stack it up to unlock more exciting rewards!

I just placed an order / signed up / engaged on social media but I don’t see any Gleam Points added to my account.

Fret not! Please allow our system a few minutes to process and credit the Gleam Points into your account. If the points are still absent from your account after 24 hours, please reach us at hello@mylumibeauty.com with your order number and we’ll sort it out for you!

What happens if my order is returned or canceled?

The points amounted to the value of the returned product(s) will be debited from your overall balance (as if you hadn't made the purchase at all).

How does the refer-a-friend programme work?

Sign up or log in to your LUMI Circle account, click on the Rewards tab on the lower left-hand corner of any LUMI Beauty page, and select Refer Your Friends. Copy your personalised URL link and send it to as many friends as you wish! Once your friends place an order, you'll both get a RM10 voucher to be used for any orders of RM100 or more.
