The packaging of the product should be improve as I received the box was not in good condition. However, I enjoy the mask specially because of the rose essence. The sheet mask size is small for me as I though usually sheet mask have standard size that suitable for both man & woman or big & small size faces. Maybe, you can improve on that point so everyone can enjoy it. Anyway, will definitely buy it again in the future if there's new improvement & also other new products too.

Love this sheet mask! It is so thin and so full of serum & you feel your skin obviously rejuvenated after applying it, pores are also visibly smaller. I even use the extra serum inside the pack to mix with distilled water and use is as a face mist and the effect is very moisturising as well. Value for money!

1. The opening of the package. It's so easy to open.
2. The scent. It smells fresh.
3. The result. My face feels so fresh and moist. I need to use it always so I can tell whether it can lighten the pigmentation or not. Or brighten my face.

The mask itself is very moisturizing and I can see it as a mask that I’ll purchase over and over again. However the boxes that carry the masks were squeezed, torn, and not well protected when they were delivered. Luckily the packaging didn’t impact the content. Hope this can be improved! I can’t wrap as Christmas gift because of the box.

All good except for the box on bottom, box opened, maybe due to how the boxes were packed. But packets inside were fine :) Top two boxes were fine. Maybe need fillers?

Really loved this mask, the brightening effect is insane! Extremely hydrating and packed with essence. The peel opening is super useful because you really get to scrape all of the essence out of the packet. I couldn’t even finish using all of the essence hahaha.
