Shipping & Processing Time

We deliver to East & West Malaysia for a flat shipping fee.

All orders are processed for delivery within 7 days, and an additional 3 to 10 working days to reach you via our shipping partners depending on your location. You will receive an email notification with your tracking number once your order is out for delivery. 

Please bear with us and our shipping partners should there be a shipment delay relating to COVID-19 and government orders. All shipment notices as announced by GDEX can be found here. Processing times may also be extended during holidays, launches/re-stocks, limited edition releases and promotions. East Malaysia orders may take more than 2 weeks to arrive.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to a number of countries outside of Malaysia, you may place your orders on our International site

How can I track my order? 

You can track your order here by keying in your order details (Email Address & Order Number). Once your order is sent out you will be emailed a tracking link to keep tabs of your parcel.

Pre-orders 

Pre-orders are early access to our products before they are launched. Once your orders are placed, please allow 3 weeks for orders to reach you.

Refunds & Returns

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to process returns and refunds after purchase.
